Made to Order

Because all our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or damaged items

Your statutory consumer rights are important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at saddlebackstudionz@icloud.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault

  • Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
